Follow up on an open Support request

Purpose: Use this article to check the status of a support ticket (request or case) or add a comment to one you already submitted. Adding a comment to your existing ticket keeps a complete history, so you get a faster, more accurate response.

Audience: DrFirst Help Center users following up on an existing Support ticket.

Find your ticket

Sign in to your Help Center account to view all your Support tickets.

View your requests
  1. Select Sign in at the top right corner of this website.
  2. Underneath your name, select Requests.

  3. Under Requests, you'll see tabs for My requests, Requests I'm CC'd on, and Organization requests. My requests displays by default. Select any request to review or follow up on it.

  • Search requests by keywords (on the left)
  • Filter requests by Status (Open, Awaiting your reply, Solved) using the drop-down menu on the right
  • Order by Last activity (column header)

Add a comment to your ticket

Add a comment to notify Support. If your ticket is closed, create a follow-up instead.

Add a comment
  1. Open the ticket from Requests.
  2. Add your comment.
  3. Select Submit. Scroll down if the ticket has many comments.

Adding a comment changes the ticket status to Open and notifies Support to follow up with you.

If your ticket is closed, you can't add a comment. Select Create a follow-up to open a new linked ticket instead.
