Healthiverse Academy delivers tailored content based on your role and responsibilities. Below is an overview of the training resources available: 

Different training formats

You have access to comprehensive training designed to help you successfully use, manage, and optimize DrFirst solutions for your organization. Content includes:

• Learning paths: Organized courses that help you build skills step-by-step for your role.  
• Video tutorials: In-depth videos covering product features and workflows.
• Individual courses: Targeted training modules on specific functions and capabilities.  
• Interactive demos: Embedded simulations within courses that provide hands-on practice in a safe environment.
• Documentation: Comprehensive reference materials covering product features, workflows, and step-by-step documentation for product setup and customization.
• Quick reference materials: Downloadable guides and job aids you can access when you need them. 

Getting started with Healthiverse Academy is simple.

Requesting access 

External customers typically receive access to Healthiverse Academy when they become DrFirst clients. If you need access or haven't received your login credentials: 

1. Request an account by completing a brief access request survey. 
2. Our team will review your request and create your account. 

3. You'll receive an activation link via email. 
    

   

4. Click Activate Account and set your login password. 

Navigating the Home page 

Once you log into the Healthiverse Academy, you'll see the Home page, where you'll find: 

• Home - Takes you to the Home page, which includes a built-in Search functionality to quickly find courses, Learning Paths, and resources. 
• Dashboard - Your central hub displaying all assigned courses, Learning Paths, and your learning progress at a glance. 
• Catalog - Browse the complete library of available courses, including optional courses that aren't assigned but may be valuable to your role. 
• Learning Paths - View and track your progress through structured Learning Paths designed for your specific user type. 
• Events - Access live and recorded webinars, upcoming training sessions, and special events. 

Accessing and registering for webinars 

DrFirst offers regular webinars to keep you informed about product updates, new features, and best practices. 

How to access webinars 

1. Log in to your Healthiverse Academy account (or request an account if you don't have one). 

2. Navigate to the Events tab in the main navigation. 
    

   

3. Click View to see available session for an event. 

4. Click Register to sign up for an upcoming event.
    

   

5. Once registered, refresh the page to see the webinar URL link and the Add to Calendar link.

   

    

6. You will also receive an email containing a link to attend the webinar. 

Webinar details 

• Frequency: Webinars typically occur weekly, covering various DrFirst products and topics. 
• Format: Live webinars with interactive Q&A sessions. 
• Registration: Register in advance to secure your spot and receive calendar invitations. 
• Recordings: All webinars are recorded and sent to registered attendees, so you can review the content on your schedule. 

Pro tip: Even if you can't attend live, register for webinars you're interested in to automatically receive the recording and any supplemental materials.

Starting a course

1. Access a course through your Dashboard or browse the Catalog to find additional courses.
2. Click View to see the course overview, objectives, and contents.
3. Choose Start Course to begin, or Retake Course to review what you have learned.

Note: Courses marked as Optional are not counted towards your Learning Path completion, but we encourage you to take them as needed to deepen your knowledge.

Completing Learning Paths

Learning Paths are groups of courses arranged in order to help you build your skills step-by-step:

1. Navigate to the Learning Paths tab.
2. Select your assigned Learning Path.
3. Complete courses in the recommended order.
4. Track your progress and see completion percentages.
