Purpose: This article shows you how to locate and access the Help feature in Backline.

Audience: Backline web users

You can access the Help feature from your Backline home screen (web only).

1. Click your name in the top-right corner of your screen. A drop-down menu displays. Click Help. The DrFirst Help Center for all products opens. See Access the Help Center for login instructions.

2. Select an appropriate category, such as Support Hub or User Guides, then select Backline. The Backline section of the Help Center displays, with articles and video tutorials available to search.
