Purpose: This article explains how to reset your DrFirst Help Center password when you can't sign in to your help.drfirst.com account.
Audience: Help Center users locked out of their account
The steps in this article apply only to help.drfirst.com accounts, not to specific product accounts (e.g. iPrescribe, E-Prescribing Desktop, Backline).
If you're on an iOS device (e.g., iPhone), enable cookies in Safari.
Reset your password
Start on the DrFirst Help Center home screen.
Step 1: Click Sign in in the top-right corner of the browser window. The Sign in to DrFirst US box appears.
Step 2: Click the Forgot password? link.
Step 3: Enter your email address, then click Submit. DrFirst sends you an email with a link to reset your password.
