I have contacted DrFirst support before but I am not sure if I have an account

If you have ever emailed or submitted a support request to DrFirst, an account was likely created for you automatically, even if you have never formally registered or set a password. Follow the steps below to claim your account.

  1. Go to help.drfirst.com.
  2. Click Sign in in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Click Emailed us for support? Request password.
  4. Enter the email address you used when contacting DrFirst support, then click Submit.
  5. DrFirst will send you a password setup link. Check your inbox and follow the link to complete setup.
  6. Return to help.drfirst.com and sign in with your email and new password.

If no email arrives after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not receive anything, no account exists for that address. Follow the steps in I am new to the DrFirst Help Center below to create one.

Do not see your past tickets after signing in? Tickets submitted while not signed in could not be linked to your account at the time. Going forward, all requests submitted while signed in will appear in your ticket history.
