In Backline, you can access the Help Center by going to the menu and selecting Help. (Click on your name and select Help from the drop-down menu).

You can also get to the Help Center via the Help button in Backline Enterprise (System Admins Only).

You may also open your internet browser and navigate to https://help.drfirst.com where you will need to Sign in with login name and password, and then select the Release Notes tile.

Select Backline > Backline: Release Notes, then click Follow.

When you Follow the Backline Release Notes, you will get an email notification to review the release notes when new notes are added.
