You can access the Help feature from your Backline home screen (web only).

Step 1: Click your name on the top-right corner of your screen, then click Help from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: This will bring you to the DrFirst Help Center for all products. See Access the Help Center for login instructions.

Select Backline. From here you can search for articles and video tutorials on how to use Backline.
