Purpose: This article explains how to disable email notifications in Backline so users stop receiving reminder emails for unread messages.
Audience: Backline users who want to turn off email reminder notifications.
Step 1: Log in to your Backline account.
Step 2: Select your profile icon at the top right of the page, then select Settings.
Step 3: Select the Reminders tab on the left side of the page.
Step 4: Navigate to the drop-down for Email Reminders > Send me a reminder if a message has not been read and select Never.
Your changes are saved automatically. A notification appears stating Setting has been saved successfully.
You have successfully disabled email notifications!
