To complete Logical Access Control (LAC) or reset your ticket password, turn on Cookies in Google Chrome if you haven't already. To do so, follow the 4-step process below:

1. On your computer, open Google Chrome  .

2. At the top right, click the vertical ellipsis icon → Settings.

3. Follow the directions outlined below in chronological order and refer to the screenshot:

• (A) Click Privacy and security on the left-hand side of the page.
• (B) Click Cookies and other site data.

4. Select the option to Allow all cookies.

• You must have this setting on when completing the Logical Access Control process.
