Reset iPrescribe password

Purpose: Guide iPrescribe users through the process to reset their login password.

Audience: Registered, active iPrescribe user.

What you'll need to get started:

  • Your username (case-sensitive). Don't have it? Reach out to your practice administrator or click Submit a request in the help center.
  • You will have 1 attempt to answer 2 of 3 security questions. If you never set up security questions or forgot your answers, our support team can help you recover access. Submit a request.

Note:

  • Emails, usernames, passwords, and answers to security questions are case-sensitive.
  • If your account locks after too many attempts, wait 5 minutes and try again using Forgot Password.

To protect your login credentials, username issues require a verified support request. Log in to the Help Center and submit a request to our support team.

If you forgot your password, reset it from the login page.

  1. Select the Need help logging in? link on the iPrescribe login page.

  2. Enter your username and the CAPTCHA shown, then select Recover Password.

  3. Go to the email associated with your iPrescribe account:

    • Search for the subject line: "Request to reset your iPrescribe password."
    • Select the Reset Password link in the email.

    Note: If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, our support team can help you. Log in to the Help Center and submit a request.

  4. Answer at least 2 of your 3 security questions in the browser window that opens, then select Continue.

    Note: Security question answers are case-sensitive.

    Reminder:

    • You have 1 attempt to answer at least 2 security questions correctly.
    • If you forgot your security questions or never set them up, our support team can help you recover access. Log in to the Help Center and submit a request.

  5. Set your new password:

    1. Enter your New Password.
    2. Enter your new password again in the Confirm New Password field.
      • Your new password must not have been used on this account in the past 180 days.
      • Passwords are case-sensitive.
    3. Select Change Password.

  6. Your password has been successfully changed. You can now log in with your new password.

Update your password while logged in

If you know your current password and want to change it, update it directly in the iPrescribe app.

  1. Open the iPrescribe app.
  2. Select the Menu icon (☰) at the top left of your screen.
  3. Scroll down and select Settings > Password.
  4. Enter the following:
    • Password: Your current password.
    • New Password: Your new password.
    • Re-Type Password: Re-enter your new password.
  5. Select Change at the bottom of the screen.
