October 2025: a new look for the Help Center

What changed

The Help Center has an updated homepage and a new look. These changes are designed to help you find the right resources more easily, especially when you’re first getting started. While all articles and support content will stay the same, the design is more streamlined and easier to navigate.

Why we made this change

We heard your feedback that product-based navigation doesn’t always make it clear where to start when looking for support. This update is part of our effort to make support materials easier to access, no matter which DrFirst solution you use. By organizing resources more clearly from the start, we hope to make it quicker to find the right information.

What you need to know

  • All articles and resources are still available.
  • There is a new homepage layout with updated visuals and navigation options.
  • The search bar will help you find familiar articles faster.
  • You will continue to receive the same responsive support and reliable service you’re used to.

Timeline

  • The updated Help Center launched in October 2025.
  • You don’t need to take any action because your access to support and documentation remains uninterrupted.
