Purpose: This article guides you through contacting DrFirst Support via live chat support or email tickets on the Help Center to ensure you receive dedicated assistance.
Audience: DrFirst product users who need technical assistance or have questions about their account.
As part of an updated process, you must be signed in to your Help Center account to start a Live Chat, submit a request, or view your ticket responses.
1. Sign in at the top of the web page.
After you sign in, the chat icon appears in the bottom-right corner of the page.
2. Click the chat icon at the bottom-right corner of the page.
The bot opens and prompts you to select Chat with Agent.
3. Select Chat with Agent, then complete the fields that appear.
If all agents are busy with other customers, you will receive an email confirming your ticket was created and an agent will respond as soon as possible.
The options to submit a request or to follow up on existing requests appear after you sign in to the Help Center.
1. Sign in at the top of the web page.
2. Click Submit a request.
The request form opens.
3. Complete the fields and submit the form.
You must be signed in to the Help Center to view ticket responses.
To view your ticket responses:
1. Select the dropdown arrow next to Submit a request.
A menu opens.
2. Select Requests.
Your list of tickets appears.
Select the option that matches your situation:

Sign up: If you need to create a Help Center account for the first time, select Sign up.
We recommend that you use the same email address as for other DrFirst products, so Support agents can quickly verify your identity.
- Forgot password: If you forgot your password, select Forgot password on the pop-up screen.
- Get a password: If you already submitted a request without an account, complete your sign-up process by selecting Get a password.
