Purpose: This article guides you through contacting DrFirst Support via live chat support or email tickets on the Help Center to ensure you receive dedicated assistance.
Audience: DrFirst product users who need technical assistance or have questions about their account.
As part of our ongoing efforts to better serve you, we have streamlined how you access support: Live chat or email tickets.
Access Support through Live Chat on https://help.drfirst.com/hc/en-us/
- Click the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the page.
Tip: You can start a chat without signing in, but signing in first helps the support team verify your identity and provide answers more quickly. - Choose a relevant topic or type your question. The bot will guide you to the right agent.
- For direct assistance with an agent, select Chat with Agent. If all agents are busy with other customers, you will receive an email confirming your ticket was created and an agent will respond as soon as possible.

To access Support through email:
1. Go to https://help.drfirst.com/hc/en-us/
2. Select Sign in at the top of the web page to select the request type.
3. Once you are signed in, select Submit a request to complete the online form detailing your request.
Important: You must be signed in to the Help Center to view ticket responses. Select Requests from the menu to access your tickets.
- If you need to create a Help Center account for the first time, select Sign up.
Note: We recommend that you use the same email address as for other DrFirst products, so Support agents can quickly verify your identity. - If you forgot your password, select Forgot password on the pop-up screen.
- If you already submitted a request without an account, complete your Sign up process by selecting Get a password.
