New phone or lost access to your token? Pair a new soft token

DrFirst recommends that you associate more than one authenticator ("token") to your iPrescribe account.

However, if you lost access to your soft token without having associated a hard token first – such as when you get a new phone –  associate or re-pair the ID.me Authenticator app with your iPrescribe account.

Note: The DEA requires that the authenticator you use to generate a one-time passcode be on a different device than the device that you use to electronically prescribe a controlled substance.

1. Log into the iPrescribe app.

2. From the main menu, select Settings
