How do I request access to PDMP in iPrescribe?
If PDMP is supported in your state, you can generate an email with enrollment steps from either the iPrescribe home screen or within a patient profile.
iPrescribe home screen
1. Click the PDMP tile on the iPrescribe home screen.
2. The PDMP Enrollment Required window opens. Check that the email shown is accurate, then click the Send Email button.
3. Another pop-up window confirms that an email with PDMP enrollment instructions was sent.
4. Check your email for a message from hello@iprescribe.com and follow the instructions provided.
iPrescribe patient profile
1. Within a patient profile, locate the PDMP CHECK section. If you see that PDMP is available, click Activate.
2. The PDMP Enrollment Required window opens. Check that the email shown is accurate, then click the Send Email button.
3. A pop-up window confirms that an email with PDMP enrollment instructions was sent.
4. Check your email for the email from hello@iprescribe.com and follow the instructions provided.
