Actions required:

  • Update your firewall allow list to include the DrFirst domain by January 16, 2025.
  • Validate your network is not blocking access to the updated URLs by selecting the following health check links:
    • Staging

    • Production

    • Expected results of health check: "status": "ok"

To avoid any interruption of service, please review the guidelines below:

  • If you currently have the DrFirst domain (*.drfirst.com) added to your firewall allow list, no action is needed.
  • If you allow domain-based firewall configurations, we recommend adding the DrFirst domain (*.drfirst.com) to your firewall allow list.
  • If domain-based firewall configurations are not an option, please contact DrFirst for additional guidance.

Thank you for taking prompt action to ensure a seamless transition.
