What's new in the beta

Improved pharmacy search:

This beta focuses on pharmacy search performance. You'll notice the app works faster and searches are quicker.

Getting started

For iOS users (TestFlight)

  1. Install TestFlight from the App Store.
  2. Accept the invitation from the TestFlight email.
  3. Install the beta (it will appear as a separate app with an orange dot).

Note: Keep both versions. Your regular iPrescribe app stays the same.

For Android users (Google Play)

  1. Accept the beta invitation from Google Play Console email.
  2. Update your app through Google Play Store.

Note: Your existing app updates to the beta version. You can go back to the regular (production) version anytime. See the Troubleshooting section below and follow the steps to leave the beta in Google Play.

Using the beta

What to test and report

  • Pharmacy search: Test the speed and accuracy; report slow or incorrect search results.
  • App stability: Use normally; report any crashes or unexpected behavior.
  • Interface changes: Use normally; report what's better or causes problems.
  • Overall performance: Notice improvements; report what could be better.
