Medication History (MedHx) Companion: Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication was enabled on April 30, 2024.

At DrFirst, we are acutely aware of the increase in industry concerns around cyber security threats and the issues associated with traditional password-based login systems. These systems can leave accounts vulnerable to various security threats like direct attacks, phishing, and password theft. In response, we take proactive steps to strengthen the security of your DrFirst Medication History (MedHx) Companion account.

On April 30, 2024 we implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), an extra layer of security that significantly enhances the protection of your account.

With MFA in place, logging in requires your username and password and a one-time passcode (OTP), providing added security against unauthorized access.

Rest assured, your security is one of our top priorities. Should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your dedicated DrFirst account representative. We're here to ensure a smooth transition and provide any support you may need.

This is the screen for the MFA step:
