In response, we take proactive steps to strengthen the security of your DrFirst Medication History (MedHx) Companion account.

On April 30, 2024 we implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), an extra layer of security that significantly enhances the protection of your account.

With MFA in place, logging in requires your username and password and a one-time passcode (OTP), providing added security against unauthorized access.
