This article is to solve the issue of being unable to see the option to send a prescription. It includes steps on how an Administrator (Admin) can enable the setting called Enable prescription controls on the Review Prescription screen, to prevent this issue from occurring.
This article assumes that an Admin has been setup and that the Admin is already logged in.
The steps below need to be completed by an Admin.
1. Navigate to the Settings menu. Access Settings by clicking on your name in the top right corner, or by hovering over the menu icon in the top left and clicking Settings.

2. Click the Preferences option.
3. Under Location Preferences, click Prescription
4. Click the box next to Enable prescription controls on the Review Prescription screen to place a check mark in the box.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to ensure the changes are applied.
