This article explains how to view requests by other members of your organization.
- Sign in to view My Activities.
- Under Requests, select Organization requests.
- Under Requests, select Requests I'm CC'd on to review tickets where someone in your organization copied you in the ticket.

You may filter tickets using:
- Organization (if you belong to multiple organizations)
- Status (Open, Awaiting reply, or Solved)
- Search bar (enter keywords associated with ticket titles or ticket ID numbers)
