This article provides instructions on how to disable EPCS tokens in iPrescribe.
Note: The delete/disable functionality is only available for physical authenticators, also called hard tokens (e.g., Symantec hard token).
Start on the iPrescribe app, then follow the steps outlined below:
1. Select the menu icon on the top-left side of your screen, then click Settings.

2. Select Manage Authenticators.

You are now on the Token Management page and can disable tokens on the Token Manager screen.
3. From the Token Manager screen, select Disable for the token you want to disable.
