Backline IOS App Users: Issues with Backline PIN

If you are using an iOS (Apple) device and having issues with your Backline Application PIN, please uninstall and reinstall Backline.  This ensures you have the most updated version of Backline.

  • I am unable to log into the iPrescribe app

  • Many of our users took an update this weekend because they had auto updates turned on.  This issue is only impacting those who took the update.  Uninstalling and reinstalling does correct the issue, but will you be pushing out an app update to fix this issue rather than forcing users to uninstall and reinstall the app?
