Rcopia: Reset Signature Password

You can reset your Signature Password within the Rcopia environment if you know your current Signature Password.

Note:

If you don't know your Signature Password, please reach out to your Admin or click Submit a request to have your Signature Password reset for you.

Start on the Rcopia login screen, and sign in by entering your username and password.

1. Click the icon on the top-left portion of your screen, then click Settings.

2. Click Signature Password.

3. Follow these steps in chronological order, and refer to the screenshot below:

(A) Enter your Current Signature Password.

(B) Enter your New Signature Password following the same general format as the previous Signature Password.

(C) Re-enter your New Signature Password.

(D) Click Save.

4. You have successfully changed your Signature Password.
