You can reset your Signature Password within the Rcopia environment if you know your current Signature Password.
Note:
If you don't know your Signature Password, please reach out to your Admin or click Submit a request to have your Signature Password reset for you.
Start on the Rcopia login screen, and sign in by entering your username and password.
Step 1: Click the icon on the top-left portion of your screen, then click Settings.

Step 2: Click Signature Password.

Step 3: Follow these steps in chronological order, and refer to the screenshot below:
(A) Enter your Current Signature Password.
(B) Enter your New Signature Password following the same general format as the previous Signature Password.
(C) Re-enter your New Signature Password.
(D) Click Save.

Step 4: You have successfully changed your Signature Password.
