You will need to activate your DrFirst account in our Help Center and log in before you can track or manage any of your requests submitted to our Support Team.
How to activate your account
1. Go to DrFirst's Help Center.
2. Click the Sign in button on the top-right.

3. Click Sign up at the bottom of the popup window.

4. You will receive an email asking you to verify your email and select a password. Once you have selected a password, your account is activated and you may log in.
