iPrescribe: Can my staff create a prescription for me to sign and send later?

Yes, a staff member can queue up prescriptions.

Once the prescription is set up, they will tap Add to pending for the selected provider.  The prescription will be saved to the Pending section in iPrescribe, and the provider will receive a push notification to notify there is a pending script waiting.
