iPrescribe: What if my NPI Registry Needs to be Updated?

To register for iPrescribe the provider's first name, last name, state, and medical license number in their account profile must match what is in the NPI registry. 

If the NPI Registry contains incorrect or outdated information, please update the NPI Registry and then try to register for iPrescribe when the registry posts the update.

If you receive an error stating that "Your practice state must match your license state (XX). Need help?" please make sure your NPI Registry profile shows the medical license for the state in which you will use iPrescribe.
