iPrescribe: What if my NPI Information is Wrong or Outdated?

The provider's first name, last name, state, and medical license number in their DrFirst profile must match what is in the NPI registry.  If the NPI Registry contains incorrect or outdated information, please update the NPI Registry and then try to register for iPrescribe when the registry posts the update.
