How do I submit a request for access to PDMP?
If PDMP is supported in your state, you can apply by tapping on the PDMP tile on the iPrescribe home screen. Enter your details in the pop-up form and submit to DrFirst.
Note: please ensure that you have completed EPCS upgrade before submitting this request (https://help.drfirst.com/hc/en-us/articles/4411074463891-iPrescribe-Activate-My-Account-for-EPCS).
What should I expect after I submit a request for access to PDMP?
You will receive an email with a support ticket number along with detailed steps to complete enrollment. With iPrescribe PDMP, DrFirst assists prescribers in setting up the service.
Note: setup times vary by state and PDMP vendor. You will be notified if your state PDMP service does not allow integration with iPrescribe.
