iPrescribe: View prescription transmission details

How to verify a signed prescription transmitted successfully to the pharmacy

After signing a script, go to the menu and select History.

The Complete tab shows the successfully sent prescription.

Select the prescription to view the date signed, prescription, prescription serial number, and pharmacy.  Note: the prescription Serial # is needed for research or troubleshooting and must be provided within 10 days of the Signed date for escalation.
