Zendesk Ticketing: How To Reset My Password

Important: The steps outlined in this article are intended for users who cannot sign in to their Zendesk account and need to reset their password.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password when I can't sign in?

Answer:

If you are having issues signing in, reset your password by following the steps outlined below:

Start on the Zendesk Help Center home screen.

Step 1: Click the Sign in button located at the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Click Forgot my password in the window that appears.

Step 3: Enter your email address, then press Submit

If you are an existing user, DrFirst will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
