What is the Preferred Browser?

Zendesk is designed to work on all browsers. When using Zendesk for ticketing, the preferred browsers are Chrome, Edge, and Firefox; Chrome is the #1 recommended browser.

Cookies Must be Enabled

Zendesk ticketing requires cookies, so if you are experiencing issues submitting or updating tickets, ensure that cookies are enabled.

  • If cookies are disabled, you may experience issues connecting to our Zendesk ticketing portal (see screenshot below).
