Activate My Zendesk Account

Welcome to the DrFirst Zendesk Help Center!

You will need to activate your Zendesk account in our Help Center and log in before you can track or manage any of your requests submitted to our Support Team. Follow the instructions below to create your Zendesk account.

If you already have a Jira Service Desk account

You will automatically be assigned a Zendesk account. You should have received a welcome email containing a registration link that you can click to create your account. The registration link will take you to a page where you must create a password for the account.

If you don't have a Jira Service Desk account

If you do not already have a Jira Service Desk account, you can create one by:

  • A Zendesk account will be automatically created for you if you submit a request. When you submit a request, you must fill out a form that requires information, such as your email address. DrFirst will send a confirmation email that will contain an account registration link. The registration link will take you to our sign-up page, where you must create a password.

Note: If you are a partner and do not have a Jira Service Desk account, please contact your Account Manager to request one.

Instructions

Step 1: Go to DrFirst's Help Center.

Step 2: Click the Sign in button on the top-right.

A new, smaller window will appear over the one you are currently on.

Step 3: In the new window, click the Sign up text at the bottom.
