My Activities Page

Activities on Zendesk are interactions you make with the platform, like submitting tickets. This article will show you how to navigate to the My Activities page and will link out to helpful articles to learn more about what you can do on this page:

  • Track My Requests (Tickets)
  • Track My Contributions
  • Track Articles I'm Following

Navigate to My Activities

You can see a complete list of all of your activities by following the steps outlined below:

Click your name at the top of the page, then click My activities from the drop-down.

Track My Requests (Tickets)

Requests are tickets that were created from forms you have filled out for our Support team.

Contributions are anything you have created, posted, updated, or reacted to on our Help Center.
