Track & Update My Requests

You can track all of the requests (tickets) you have submitted on the My Activities page.

Note: To track and manage your requests, you must have a Zendesk account. If you don't have a Zendesk account, visit our Help Center article: Activate My Zendesk Account.

  • Click your name at the top of the page, then click My Activities from the drop-down.

Once you are on the My Activities page, click the Requests tab at the top to see a complete list of all of your requests, the dates they were created, the number of hours passed since your last activity, and the current status.

Here is where you will see all of your requests and the:

  • (A) the date your requests were created 
  • (B) the date of its last activity
  • (C) the current status of your ticket

You can filter your requests by:

  • (A) keywords using the search field labeled search requests on the left.
  • (B) status using the status drop-down menu on the right.

Update My Requests

You can update your requests with comments by clicking directly on the subject name of the request.

You will be redirected to a page where you can:

  • Submit additional comments for our Support Agents to see.
  • View comments from our Support Agents regarding your ticket.
