Help Center: Best Practices to Search Articles

There are many ways to find helpful, relevant articles that can answer your questions.

General Search

On the home page, search for all articles in the Help Center by entering keywords in either the main Search bar or the magnifying glass icon (top right corner).

Search by Category

Once you select a specific category from the home page (e.g., iPrescribe, Rcopia), the main search bar will only bring up articles that relate to that category.

For example, if you select iPrescribe, the main search bar on the iPrescribe page will only bring up iPrescribe related articles.

Note: The magnifying glass icon on the top right of the page will still allow you to conduct a search for all articles in the Help Center.

Search Manually

You can also search articles manually by clicking a category (product)→ section → article.

You can still find other product articles on the search results page, by selecting a different product category on the left side menu.

3. Alternatively, you can select from a drop-down menu that contains links to the top articles that most closely match your search.

Quotation Marks

You can search specific articles using quotation marks. Surround your search terms with quotation marks to return a list of articles that contain words that appear as an exact phrase.
