Ticketing: How to Submit a Request

Please note:  All users may follow the Submit a request process below to log a ticket.  Users must sign in to DrFirst Ticketing to view additional ticket options. This will improve our team's responsiveness to tickets and provide a better customer support experience."

Start on our Help Center's home page, then follow the steps outlined below.

Please Note

If you wish to track or update your requests, you must first create a DrFirst Ticketing account if you haven't done so already.

Submit a Request (From a Desktop Computer)

1. Click the Submit a request button at the top right of your screen.

2. Select General Support and Registration or Sign in to see additional request options.

3. Select the type of request you wish to submit. Requests types are categorized into two sections:

Log a Support Ticket Partner Registration Management (DFR)

General Support and Registration

Support Tickets and General Questions

Account Maintenance

Password Resets, Add Users, and Make Account Updates

Integration Services

Report a Staging Issue to the Integration Team

Move your cursor over each tile to read a short description of each request. Identify the type of request you are trying to make and select the appropriate tile.

4. The page will load different forms that vary depending on the type of request you select. The fields labeled (optional) are exactly what their name suggests; they are not mandatory fields.

5. When you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

Submit a Request (From a Mobile Phone) 

1. To access the menu on a mobile phone, select the menu icon.

2. Choose one of the following options that appear:

  • Search for articles in the Search bar 
  • Submit a request (help ticket) 
  • Sign in to view your tickets 

Note: For the best experience, Sign in to the Help Center before submitting a request or searching for articles.

3. To Sign In, you will need to allow Cookies. Otherwise, you will be unable to continue.

4. After accepting Cookies, either: 

  • Sign up for an account
  • Sign in to an existing account

5. Once signed in, Submit a request or review existing tickets by going to the drop-down menu (under your user name) and selecting My Activities
