To complete Logical Access Control (LAC) or reset your ticket password, turn on Cookies in Google Chrome if you haven't already. To do so, follow the 4-step process below:
Step 1: On your computer, open Google Chrome

Step 2: At the top right, click the vertical ellipsis icon → Settings.

Step 3: Follow the directions outlined below in chronological order and refer to the screenshot:
- (A) Click Privacy and security on the left-hand side of the page.
- (B) Click Cookies and other site data.

Step 4: Select the option to Allow all cookies.
- You must have this setting on when completing the Logical Access Control process.

- You can also always restrict your cookies by selecting the Block third-party cookies option.
