Zendesk FAQ: I Never Received My Zendesk Welcome Email? What Do I Do?


If you don't receive a Zendesk welcome email by November 15th, submit a request to us.

If you already have a Jira Service Desk account, a Zendesk account is present within the system, Zendesk will map the ticket you create to your account based on the email address you provided. Once the request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email which will also provide you with instructions on how to log in to review your tickets.
