Zendesk FAQ: How Do I See All of My Tickets On Zendesk?

You can see all of your tickets on the My Activities page on Zendesk.

Step 1: Click your name at the top of the page, then click My activities from the drop-down.

Step 2: Here is where you will see all of your requests and the following:

  • (A) the date your requests were created 
  • (B) the date of its last activity
  • (C) the current status of your requests
