Not receiving our emails? Fix filtering and firewall settings

If you're not receiving emails from Drfirst, the issue may be caused by email filters or firewalls.

1. Check your spam or junk folder and look for any emails from the following DrFirst addresses:

  • support@drfirsthelp.zendesk.com
  • donotreply@drfirst.com

2. Add us to your safe sender list. Ensure the above email addresses are added to your email client's safe sender settings.

3. Contact your IT department and ask them to allow emails from the above email addresses.
