Update Your iPrescribe App To 4.1.4 (Android Devices)

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to update your iPrescribe mobile app to 4.1.4 or higher.

Please Note

If the Google Play Store is showing an iPrescribe version that is not 4.1.4 or higher, follow the troubleshooting steps outlined at the bottom of this article: Google Play Store Is Not Showing Version 4.0.11 or Higher.

Update iPrescribe

To update the iPrescribe app on your mobile device, follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Tap the Play Store mobile app icon from your device's home screen.

Step 2: Search for iPrescribe in the search field at the top of your screen, then tap the Update button next to the iPrescribe app from your search results.

  • If your iPrescribe is not up-to-date, you will see an Update button.
  • If your iPrescribe is already updated, you will see an Open button.

Google Play Store Is Not Showing Version 4.1.4 or Higher

If your Google Play Store is showing an iPrescribe version that is not 4.1.4 or higher, follow these steps:

1. Restart your phone.

2. Update your phone to the latest version (if not already).

3. Reinstall the iPrescribe app entirely.

      • Follow the directions outlined in the next section for step-by-step instructions on reinstalling the iPrescribe app on your android device.

Reinstall the iPrescribe App

Step 1: Uninstall the app.

(A) Open the Play Store app by tapping it from your home screen.

(B) Search iPrescribe in the search field at the top of your screen, then tap the iPrescribe logo from your search results.

(C) Tap Uninstall, then in the window that appears, tap Uninstall again.

Step 2: Reinstall the app.

(A) Open the Play Store by tapping its logo from your phone screen.

(B) Search iPrescribe in the search field at the top of your screen, then tap the Install button next to the iPrescribe app.
