Which iPrescribe Version Am I On?

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how you can check which iPrescribe version you are using on your mobile device. 

Check Version From Your iOS/Apple Device

Step 1: Tap the App Store mobile app icon from your device's home screen.

Step 2: Search iPrescribe in the search field at the top of your screen. Then, tap the iPrescribe app from your search results.

  • If you are using an outdated version of iPrescribe, you will see an Update button.
  • If you are already on the latest version of iPrescribe, you will see an Open button.

Step 3: You can see the version number under What's New.

Check Version From Your Android Device

Step 1: Tap the Play Store mobile app icon from your device's home screen.

Step 2: Search iPrescribe in the search field at the top of your screen. Then, tap the iPrescribe app from your search results.

  • If you are using an outdated version of iPrescribe, you will see an Update button.
  • If you are already on the latest version of iPrescribe, you will see an Open button.

Step 3: Scroll down, and under App info, you will see your current iPrescribe version number.

Please Note:

Google Play Store will show that you are on Version 4.0.16. It's the same as 4.0.12. If the Google Play Store shows that you are on a version that is not 4.0.12 or higher, please see the following article: Update Your iPrescribe App To 4.0.12 (Android Devices).
