Pending scripts are only visible for 30 days.
Pharmacy messages are only visible for 90 days.
Access Your Missing Pending Prescriptions and Renewal Requests
Step 1: Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top-left of the screen, then click Settings.

Step 2: Click Preferences.

Step 3: Click the Prescription Management tab on the left side of the page.

Step 4: Check the box labeled At this location, show your pending and undeliverable prescriptions from all locations.

Step 5: Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

You should now see all of what was once missing prescriptions/reports, now appear in your Prescription Reports.
