Rcopia: How Do I Merge Patient Records?

Start from any screen within Rcopia, then follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top-left corner of your page, then click Utilities.

Step 2: Click Merge Duplicate Patients.

Step 3: Search for the desired patient in the search bar.

Step 4: Select which record to keep and which record to merge by clicking the appropriate button.

Note: You must keep the patient profile that has the active medications/diagnoses. The patient you are merging is the profile that you will no longer see. This action can not be undone.

Step 5: You will see that the names you have selected to KEEP and MERGE appear in their appropriate sections. In the Merge section, click the Merge Records button.
