Rcopia: How Do I Merge Patient Records?

Note: Merging patient records is not reversible. You must keep the patient profile that has the active medications/diagnoses. The patient you are merging is the profile that you will no longer see.

There are 2 ways to access the screen to merge patient records (duplicate aliases):

  • Method 1: Menu > Utilities > Merge Duplicate Patients
  • Method 2: Patient Search > Type in the patient's name > Select one of the duplicate names > Select Patient Merge button

Method 1

1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top-left corner of your page, then click Utilities.
