Open the iPrescribe mobile app.

Tap the Forgot Password button on the login page.

(A) Enter your current login Username
(B) Enter the text in the image on the screen.
(C) Tap Recover Password once you are done.

You will receive an email with a subject line that reads: Request to reset your iPrescribe password.
Click the blue Reset Password link provided in the email.

If you have not received your password reset email, please contact the iPrescribe Support team at 866-263-6512.
You will be redirected to a new window where you will have to answer the security questions you set up when you created the account.
(A) Type in answers to at least 2 of your security questions.
(B) Tap Continue.

You will have 1 attempt to answer correctly on at least 2 of your security questions. If you have already used your 1 attempt and cannot get through this step of the process, please contact the iPrescribe Support Team at 866-263-6512.
Follow the directions below in chronological order:
(A) Enter the New Password you wish to set.
(B) Re-enter the New Password you set from the previous step.
- Please make sure you are entering the exact same password twice (case-sensitive), otherwise, you will not be able to proceed.
- Please make sure to create a password that has never been used before on your account. The system will let you know if you have entered a password that has already been used for this account within the past 180 days.
(C) Tap Change Password.
