I have been locked out. What can I do?
If you have been recently locked out of MedHx Companion, then you will need to wait 15 minutes from the time you received the locked out message. The locked out status can only be unlocked once the 15 minutes has passed. There is no other option to unlock your account.
I need to update my email. What can I do?
If you need to update the email address for your Companion account, please reach out to the assigned Companion Admin for your organization. If you are unsure who your Admin is, please open a Help Center task requesting further assistance.
1. Navigate to MedHx Companion.
2. Select Need help logging in?

3. Enter your registered email address, first name, and last name. Select Send Username.

4. Select Okay on the resulting notification.

Grid tables in MedHx Companion may be sorted by single columns (default) or multiple columns.
Single Column Sorting (Default)
- By default, grid table results are sorted by a single column.
- The specific column for sorting results varies by data grid.
- An ascending or descending arrow on a column indicates that the sorting has been applied on the user interface (UI).

Multi-Column Sorting
- It is also possible to sort results using multiple columns.
- To perform multi-column sorting, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard while clicking on the column header.
- When multiple columns are selected, there will be indications of primary, secondary, tertiary sorting, etc.
- An ascending or descending arrow on a column indicates that the sorting has been applied on the user interface (UI).
