MedHx Companion: Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication will be enabled on April 30, 2024.

At DrFirst, we are acutely aware of the increase in industry concerns around cyber security threats and the issues associated with traditional password-based login systems. These systems can leave accounts vulnerable to various security threats like direct attacks, phishing, and password theft. In response, we are taking proactive steps to strengthen the security of your DrFirst MedHx Companion account.

On April 30, 2024 we will be implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), an extra layer of security that will significantly enhance the protection of your account.

With MFA in place, logging in will require not only your username and password, but also a one-time passcode (OTP), providing added security against unauthorized access.

Rest assured, your security is one of our top priorities. Should you have any questions or concerns about this upcoming change, please don't hesitate to reach out to your dedicated DrFirst account representative. We're here to ensure a smooth transition and provide any support you may need.

Once this change has been implemented, the following will be what the screen will look like for the new MFA step:
