Some users may experience the iPrescribe app freezing at the splash screen. If you encounter this issue, follow these steps to unfreeze the app:
Put the iPrescribe app in the background: While the iPrescribe app is open and frozen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to view all open apps.
Open another app: Tap to select and open any other app from the list of open apps.
- Reopen the iPrescribe app: Without closing the currently opened app, swipe up again to view all open apps and tap on the iPrescibe app to reopen it.
This process should resolve the issue with the frozen splash screen.
