(NEW) iPrescribe: View a patient's PDMP record

iPrescribe facilitates PDMP checks, enabling providers to prevent prescription drug abuse and comply with state mandates. This guide details how to access a patient's Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)/Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) data in iPrescribe.

1. Access the patient’s PDMP record:

  • Launch the app.
  • Click New RX on the home screen to go to the patient's profile.

2. Search for the patient:

  • Use the search bar at the top of the screen.
  • Select the patient from the list, if displayed.

3. View the record:

  • Inside the patient’s profile, click View Records (highlighted in yellow).

Note: If you can’t see the “View Records” button, ensure you’ve completed the state’s PDMP registration and activated the feature in your practice.
