iPrescribe: Password reset

This article will guide you through:

  • Resetting a forgotten password when you can't log in.
    • Note: If you never set up or forgot your security questions, submit a request to Support.
  • Updating your password while logged in.

  • Emails, usernames, and passwords are case sensitive. If you try to reset credentials you will need to use the same capitalized or lower cased letters as when you set up credentials.
  • If you enter an incorrect password 3 times in a row, your account will be locked temporarily. After 5 minutes, you will be able to login. If you are locked out because you forgot your password, we encourage you to tap Forgot Password on the login screen and reset it when you are not in a lockout period.
