Before disabling a user, make sure all the provider’s:
- Pending prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy
- Refill requests (renewals) are either sent to the pharmacy or forwarded to another provider.
- See Process a Refill (Renewal) Request to learn how.
- If renewals are still coming in, submit a request to DrFirst Support to disable pharmacy messages for that provider.
After a provider is disabled:
- For administrators who do not have permissions to disable electronic prescriptions for controlled substances (EPCS) access for a provider, submit a request to DrFirst support to have the provider’s EPCS disabled for your organization.
- Submit any billing request/questions to your Partners Billing or your Sales representative to update invoice details.
I don't have utilities
Good afternoon, I see you have a ticket 225855 with DrFirst Support. That was the right way to escalate and hopefully your query was answered. You can comment on that same ticket to continue the query. Please refer to the article Track My Requests and Update My Requests to see how to reply on open tickets.
